Existing site issues Policy For maintenance:

If Shopify Pro is hired for fixing modules of a website, Shopify Pro will only be liable to fix the relevant work while any issues occur, due to problems in other modules, 3rd party issues, or existing bad code, Shopify Pro will not be responsible.

In case, Shopify Pro is hired to fix a module, and after fixing a module, required functionality does not work due to a problem in another module, Shopify Pro will quote extra to fix another module and will not be responsible for fixing the modules not initially engaged or quoted for.

Shopify Pro is not responsible in case the site gets crashed after handover, or due to existing site bad code, or an existing virus or security issues on the site.
